The Work You'll Do As a Finance Analytics & AI Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for :

• Leading small engagements or workstreams within larger programs that identify, design, and implement AI-enabled business and technology solutions for large enterprises.
• Engaging clients to identify business issues and high-impact AI use cases, shaping hypotheses and value cases.
• Performing assessments using quantitative and qualitative techniques, including AI-enabled diagnostics and discovery methods.
• Defining scope, objectives, requirements, and delivery plans; managing solution architecture planning through execution, delivery, and post-implementation review.
• Overseeing AI solution development and deployment, managing day-to-day client relationships, and ensuring quality and performance outcomes.
• Contributing to business development by supporting proposals, RFP responses, and orals, and by mentoring and developing team members.

The Team Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI / UX, and process flows and handshakes.

The Finance Analytics & AI team uses data and AI to automate and enhance finance, helping CFOs make real-time decisions and drive business success through innovative solutions.

Required : Career Experience : 6+ years' experience in a corporate or consulting firm environment architecting and deploying Artificial Intelligence and other technical solutions Technical Expertise : 4+years' experience in translating technical designs into effective, scalable AI solutions across all tech layers. Finance Processes : 4+ years' experience in working with core finance processes, including FP&A, reporting and treasury. Education : STEM based bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Travel : Ability to travel up to 50%, based pm the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred Finance Transformation : 4+ years' experience in finance transformation and process improvement across ERP / EPM, data, and project management. Sales Activities : 2 + years' experience with pre-sales, proposals, and RFP activities. AI Use Cases : 2+ years' experience identifying generative AI use cases. Mentorship : 2+ years' experience mentoring and coaching junior staff. Education : Master's degree from a STEM-designated program Certifications : Accredited with AI or ML certifications (e.g., AWS, Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,200 - $265,600. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
