Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a  Bankruptcy Attorney .

Overview :

Our client is a respected, multi-office law firm with a strong national reputation. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile bankruptcy and restructuring cases within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters.
• Represent clients in bankruptcy court and manage adversary proceedings.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic case advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to resolve complex issues.
• Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships.
• Support litigation matters related to insolvency and restructuring.

Requirements :

Education :  J.D. from an accredited law school.

Experiences :  Minimum of 2 years of bankruptcy law experience. Litigation experience is preferred.

Other :  Active admission to the New York State Bar (additional state admissions a plus). Must possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, and superior communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary :  $200,000.00 - $315,000.00 per year.
