Position Title : Technical Project Coordinator
Location : On-Site in Coralville, IA
Reports to : Operations Manager
Status : Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly
Overview
Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. provides its CourseLeaf software to more than 500 of the nation’s most academically complex colleges and universities to manager their academic catalogs, curriculum, section scheduling, registration, and syllabi management.
The Technical Project Coordinator plays an integral role in the setup and implementation of clients’ CourseLeaf products. The position supports the Implementation Team with their day-to-day activities and client projects. The role will establish and maintain working relationships between clients and Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. The Technical Project Coordinator is the only position in the company that speaks with every client. This position sets the tone for our incoming clients on their experience with Leepfrog and the CourseLeaf product.
Duties
- Regularly track communication with clients on project status and implementation needs to ensure currency and accuracy. Maintain outstanding customer service for CourseLeaf clients.
- Manage incoming clients by aiding the handoff from Sales to Implementation, in addition to working with clients to assemble project requirements.
- Act as a liaison internally across departments, (i.e., between Implementation and Support / QA for example) and externally between the Implementation Team and the clients.
- Organize and ensure prioritization of projects within the Client Services Team. Use discretion to affect timely solution of problems in order to ensure client satisfaction and quality implementation.
- Create and maintain ongoing milestone dates for client projects.
- Support the delivery and logistics of the Client Services Team by assembling, analyzing, and summarizing account statistics, project plans, and project status reports.
- Prepare agendas, correspondence, client schedules, and meeting notes as requested.
- Maintain and update data within the internal databases.
- Participate in Implementation activities and / or special projects as required.
- Adhere to prescribed deadlines.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Implementation Team as requested.
- Assist in onboarding new Implementation Team members as requested.
- The Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all new and legacy clients, company-wide, regarding integration, data, and SSO items.
- The liaison across Leepfrog departments (i.e. between Implementation and the System Administration Department for example) and externally between the Implementation Team and clients.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Leepfrog software and integration packages and how they can be configured, customized, and implemented to meet client requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

A minimum of one-year prior job experience is required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and / or experience is required. Possess expertise with Windows OS, Microsoft Product Suite, Web Browsers, and other computer and software applications. Customer service skills are required.
Physical Requirements
Generally, this position is considered sedentary and will use office equipment, phones, and computers. This position is required to work in the corporate office and may be located in a busy, open area office, faced with regular interruptions.
