- A majority of the patient population is aged 65+
- Support staff consists of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nurses
Schedule Details :
Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PMFlexibility for a 4-day workweek is available
No call requirementsCredentialing timeframe is approximately 2 weeksCases & Procedures :
Traditional primary care for older adults, including :Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery disease
