Credentialing : 2-3 weeks

Start : As soon as credentialed

End : 3 month contract with option to extend

Schedule : M-F 8A - 5P

Patient Volume : 18-50 AVG

Procedures : newborns to geriatrics, F amily Medicine, Primary Care, Preventable Health, Immunizations, Wellness Checks

EMR : Nextgen

License : Active CA license

Certifications : Must be Board-Certified
