Position Purpose :
Develops and implements standard operating procedures that govern MET field operations. Implements continuous improvement projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness in the services that MET provides.
Key Responsibilities :
25% Collaborate cross-functionally and with MET field team to develop and maintain MET SOPs to ensure MET services are delivered efficiency and meet or exceed quality standards.
25% Partner with internal and external partners to continuously improve MET processes and service.
20% Develop, implement, and manage MET's quality control processes.
15% Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with MET field teams, retail operations, etc. and actively support cross-functional initiatives to drive improved overall business performance of MET.
15% Oversee functional responsibilities of 3rd party service providers.

Minimum Qualifications :
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications :
Degree in engineering, management, operations, or business administration
Knowledge of Six Sigma LEAN Principles
