Take your next step towards leadership. We are searching for a Lead Clinician at CPLC Centro De La Familia (CDLF) in Phoenix, AZ.
ABOUT CPLC CENTRO DE LA FAMILIA
We offer outpatient behavioral health services for families and individuals of all ages, including those living with serious mental illness (SMI), general mental health issues, and substance abuse issues. Outpatient services offer flexible office hours and home-based services for children and their families, public transit access, and therapy in English and Spanish.
SCHEDULE
Position is performed mainly in office with work-from-home days on Fridays. Additional work-from-home day may be given if service delivery and performance goals are being consistently met. Flexibility to meet program requirements may be needed from time to time.
OBJECTIVE AND POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision from the Director, the Lead Clinician provides support for the clinical team at CDLF. This role partners with leadership to ensure team and individual goals are being met, addressing concerns as needed. The Lead Clinician may also perform Director-assigned duties, developing their own leadership skills.
As a clinician, this role also provides high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services through indirect and direct care, coordination with community resources, and collaborative treatment planning, supporting individuals in achieving improved mental health and overall well-being. The clinician actively coordinates with community stakeholders, manages their schedule and caseload, and participates in ongoing professional development and interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure effective, holistic care.
The Lead Clinician has a variety of responsibilities, including, but not limited to :
Lead support for clinicians at CDLF
- Provide regular 1 : 1 and group support for clinicians
- Support with training new hires
- Work with Director to ensure production goals are met
- Assist staff with problem-solving barriers to meeting production goals
Participate in a multidisciplinary team providing treatment for clients
Carry an individual caseload, providing individual / family counseling and facilitate groups
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Background :
Registered associate with the AZ Board of Behavorial Health Examiners .
