Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Own executive-level relationships with strategic enterprise customers to ensure adoption and long-term retention
Build and execute customer success plans that align business objectives with measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services in a B2B SaaS environment
2-4+ years of experience managing and developing customer-facing teams
Hands-on experience in Audit, Risk, Compliance, or GRC programs
Proven success in enterprise customer retention and expansion
Familiarity with Customer Success platforms and CRM tools
