WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Leadership and Management
Lead, coach, and develop construction and warranty personnel to achieve strategic goalsManage field operations across multiple communities, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are metEvaluate team and trade performance, providing consistent feedback, accountability, and recognitionIdentify and develop future leaders; participate in recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring new talentPromote collaboration and effective communication across departments, including purchasing, design, and salesConstruction Operations
Guarantee all homes and amenities are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standardsReview, interpret, and enforce adherence to plans, specifications, and contractsEnsure job sites meet Neal standards for cleanliness, safety, and visual appealUtilize scheduling software to monitor progress, track milestones, and proactively identify delays or risksOversee inspections for compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and company proceduresLead the resolution of field construction issues and ensure quality workmanship throughout all phasesManage value engineering and cost-control efforts to optimize resources without compromising qualityCoordinate between internal teams and external partners (e.g., GCs, architects, engineers) for timely project deliveryAmenity & Special Projects
Serve as the owner’s representative on third-party amenity and hardscape projectsOversee bid processes, contractor selection, RFI management, and change ordersReview and approve construction schedules, budgets, and payment applicationsConduct inspections and punch walks to ensure completion and turnover readinessMaintain clear communication between internal stakeholders, general contractors, and vendorsWarranty and Customer Experience
Oversee warranty operations, ensuring prompt resolution of homeowner concerns and maintaining customer satisfactionManage escalation of complex or legal warranty claims in coordination with senior leadershipDevelop and enforce warranty standards, procedures, and training programs for field staffMonitor customer feedback and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve product performanceContinuous Improvement and Compliance
Implement lean construction and continuous improvement principles to drive efficiencyAnalyze construction performance metrics to identify cost, schedule, and quality trendsEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal building regulationsLead and enforce company safety and hurricane preparedness programsChampion company policies, values, and culture in all field activitiesThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction management, including direct oversight of field operations and customer service. Experience managing warranty and amenity projects preferredHighly customer service-oriented with experience in service preferredStrong Attention to DetailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlinesThorough understanding of local and state codes and requirementsAbility to read, understand, and interpret blueprintsComprehensive involvement with various technical aspects of constructionExcellent ability to train and mentor othersBroad use of scheduling software and the ability to create expert usage from team membersPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
