Job Description :

  • We are seeking a skilled Warehouse IT Technician with experience in IT inventory management.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing IT equipment within our warehouse.
  • Additionally, there will be instances where field IT technician duties are required to support our clients within a 100-200 mile radius of Chicago.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate records and availability of equipment.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to vending, POS, and coin-operated machines.
  • Provide field support to clients, including installation, configuration, and repair of IT equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for IT operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in IT inventory management.
  • Strong technical skills in IT hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to travel within a 200-mile radius of Chicago as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
