Key Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and talent development
Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and enhance organizational culture
Design and implement initiatives that strengthen alignment and collaboration across the organization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of senior leadership and supervisory experience, ideally in a non-profit environment
5+ years of experience in talent development or organizational culture
Proven track record in recruiting talent and leadership development
Ability to shift between strategic thinking and hands-on implementation
Experience in bridge-building or conflict resolution fields preferred
