Key Responsibilities :

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes

Perform and document OASIS assessments accurately

Chart using Homecare Homebase

Communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Participate in scheduled on-call duties

Qualifications :

Active NC or compact RN license

At least 2 years of recent home health experience

Required : OASIS and Homecare Homebase experience

AHA BLS certification

Valid drivers license, reliable car, and insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
