Customer Service Rep
Domino's Pizza in St Louis, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 8346 WATSON RD location. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude
- Process cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards
- Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
