Position Summary

The Director of Engineering leads multiple service verticals within the Proconex Process Systems & Solutions business unit. As a key organizational leader, the Director of Engineering Services is responsible for setting and executing strategies for long-term growth, while overseeing the performance and delivery of the capital engineering group.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership with a focus on leveraging tools and technology to improve operational effectiveness. They will drive collaboration between Sales, Business Development, and Operations, Champion Quality in Execution, Engage in Strategic Cross Functional Workforce Planning, and Manage Resource Capacity for Project Delivery.

Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the courage to make bold, balanced decisions that align business goals with team growth. Talent and leadership development and succession planning are essential priorities.

Responsibilities

Capital Project Delivery

• Ensure successful execution of Proconex capital engineering projects.
• Champion technical excellence and thought leadership to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Optimize and enforce quality management systems across engineering processes.
• Anticipate project risks and proactively resolve issues with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Maximize project financial performance while optimizing engineering resource utilization.
