A leading provider of multi-site healthcare and educational services is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to oversee operations and drive growth across its network. The organization operates multiple facilities throughout the Tri-State area, delivering high-quality services in a compliance-driven, regulated environment .

Position Overview

The CEO will be responsible for managing operations, building scalable systems, and driving organizational growth. This is a strategic yet hands-on role suited for leaders experienced in multi-location healthcare or regulated services , with a focus on operational efficiency, compliance, and team leadership.

The Ideal Candidate

Proven operator with 7+ years of leadership in healthcare, education, or other regulated multi-site environments.

Strong background in operations, HR, recruiting, and compliance .

Ability to manage large cross-functional teams and senior leadership staff.

High-energy, growth-focused, and comfortable building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and direction for all operations.
• Oversee compliance, HR, recruiting, and financial performance.

Develop and execute strategies for growth and expansion.

Build strong systems and infrastructure to manage multi-site operations.

Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership to set and achieve KPIs.

Maintain strong relationships with regulators, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

7+ years in senior leadership within healthcare, education, or regulated service industries .

Experience overseeing multi-site, multi-team operations .

Proven expertise in compliance and operational efficiency .

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
