Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing Representative to join our team as an independent contractor for various events during the week, evenings, and / or weekends. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a exible, event-based environment.

As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for representing our brand at events, engaging with attendees, and promoting our services. This position is hourly, and you will be notied of upcoming events in advance. You'll have the exibility to choose whether to accept the event, based on your availability. You must have reliable transportation to carry promotional items, tents, tables, etc.

As part of our community outreach initiatives, we collaborate with various nonprot organizations, radio stations, and more. We've proudly participated in renowned Tampa Bay events such as Bark in the Park, the Viva Tampa Bay Hispanic Heritage Festival, the Food and Wine Festival, and others.

Responsibilities :

• Represent Demesmin & Dover and their other investment companies at events, ensuring brand consistency and professionalism.
• Set up and break down event materials, including tents, tables, and promotional materials.
• Engage with event attendees in a professional and approachable manner to promote our services.
• Ensure that all communication aligns with Demesmin & Dover's brand messaging

and follows legal compliance (e.g., no unauthorized legal advice).
