What you bring to the table : 1-3 years’ experience in a high-end coffee shop or high volume, fine dining atmosphere Exceptional communication skills Extensive knowledge of coffee and tea service Experience creating latte art Basic math and computer skills and ability to operate a service POS Ability to learn and retain information quickly Intellectual curiosity Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time At least 16 years of age Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period Pay Rate - $19.
