Job descriptionCombined academic and hospital / inpatient setting Two weeks per month; with a 7 on / 7 off schedule Scheduled 0700-1900 Take new IP consults, IP rounding on GI service, perform IP endoscopy Dedicated scoping schedule Primary location will be CUMC Bergan on weekdays. No "call" Mon-Thurs. On Fri / Sat / Sun, assume call for CUMC Bergan IP, Lakeside IP campus, and Immanuel IP campus No clinic responsibility Join experienced, well-respected Gastroenterology providers, including Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Your partners include dedicated IBD specialists, esophageal, motility, pancreatic, and hepatology experts Opportunities for ERCP and EUS for advanced gastroenterologists Opportunity to contribute to the Gastroenterology Fellowship program at Creighton University and work with CUSOM Gastroenterology Fellows Participation in Grand Rounds if desired; academic appointment commensurate with experience On-site surgical, interventional radiology, bariatric, pathology, and more Access to extensive, established specialty and primary care networks Salary-based compensation with a two-year income guarantee, relocation allowance, and benefits CHI Health has five Omaha-area hospitals, recognized regionally. CUMC Bergan is the academic hub.
Responsibilities
- Two weeks per month; with a 7 on / 7 off schedule
- Scheduled 0700-1900
- Take new IP consults, IP rounding on GI service, perform IP endoscopy
- Dedicated scoping schedule
- Primary location will be Creighton University Medical Center Bergan (CUMC Bergan campus) on weekdays. No "call" Mon-Thurs. On Fri / Sat / Sun assume call for CUMC Bergan IP, Lakeside IP campus, and Immanuel IP campus
- No clinic responsibility
