Sales Director (US)

We are looking into hire an experienced Sales Director with a strong background in IT services sales to lead and accelerate Sonda’s expansion in the United States . This is a strategic opportunity for a professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong results-oriented approach, and a proven track record in business development, especially in mid- to large-scale projects.

Work Location : On-site, Miami, FL

Responsibilities

• Lead Sonda’s commercial operations in the U.S.
• Take a hands-on approach to prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business opportunities.
• Manage and develop a high-performance commercial team.
• Design and execute the strategic sales plan aligned with the company’s global objectives.
• Oversee the unit’s P&L, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Represent the company at events, forums, and networking opportunities relevant to the technology sector.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of high-value solutions to clients.
