We are seeking a Client Growth Director who is passionate about people and our mission, and enjoys developing empowering and meaningful client relationships.
The position is primarily remote , but we are ideally targeting a candidate local to South Florida, who will attend monthly on‑site team meetings in Miami and local networking events in the Tri‑County area.
What you’ll do
- Close executive search leads, owning & developing the sales cycle from prospect discovery to contract sign (execution of the search will be handled by our execution team—your role is to find new clients and partners).
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the executive search and leadership advisory industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building with key decision‑makers.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define sales objectives, prioritize initiatives, and align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high client satisfaction & retention.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales proposals and contracts to communicate our services’ value proposition effectively.
- Utilize data‑driven insights to track sales performance, forecast future revenue projections, and make informed strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.

Who you are
You have sales DNA—previous roles in sales (preferably in professional services or recruitment) and have consistently overachieved goals.You are comfortable with metrics and measuring yourself against them.You have previously worked in executive search or a closely related industry and are hungry to learn the business from top to bottom.You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and display a confident, polished presence that attracts new clientele.You are curious, scrappy, natural in social environments, and passionate about driving purposeful conversations with both existing and prospective clients.You are steadfast and committed to driving the business forward by uncovering new relationships and are comfortable with accountability for monthly sales metrics.Above all, you are excited by the idea of working for a boutique firm and having a significant impact on its future growth.#J-18808-Ljbffr
