Loan Administration Manager

A company is looking for a VP, Loan Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the functions of the Loan Administration team

Design and implement process enhancements and technology solutions

Supervise, mentor, and coach Loan Administration staff

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lending, credit, servicing, or operations

Experience in leading and managing teams required

Strong project management experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
