Employee Benefits Account Manager
Must reside in the state of Wisconsin, but this is a fully remote position.
We are excited to add an additional Employee Benefits Account Manager to our team to keep up with the growth! If you have prior experience working in employee benefits, have a strong focus on customer service, and are detail-oriented, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing plan administration, service issues, implementation, employee communication(s), and open enrollment.
- Complete various marketing materials overviewing company benefits, including creating video vaults.
- Perform administrative tasks related to all types of employee benefit programs for assigned clients, including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Health Savings Accounts, and voluntary benefits
- Resolve employee issues through customer service, including resolution of escalated issues
- Works with carriers and other administrators to obtain data required for analysis and quoting
Qualifications
- Active life and health licenses in the state of Wisconsin
- Preferably 2+ years of experience working in group benefits / insurance
- Strong emphasis on customer service and relationship building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
