We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our team. The GSS will be responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience while ensuring the completion of all store-level tasks. Responsibilities
Supervise employees to ensure they perform their duties.Coach staff through constructive feedback.Greet guests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.Follow safety, security, quality, and operational policies.Operate the point of sale system and maintain cash accuracy.Maintain store cleanliness and organization.Implement guest service programs consistently.Handle cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.Replenish stock and ensure product availability.Address guest inquiries and complaints.Manage vendor check-ins following guidelines.What We Offer
