About the Role :

Eudia is seeking an Augmented Engineer (AE) who will work directly with clients to deploy, configure, and optimize our Augmented Intelligence Platform to address mission-critical workflows. You will act as a technical bridge between our engineering teams and clients, combining deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role requires adaptability, creativity, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions in dynamic, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Deployment : Build, deploy, configure, and customize our software to meet client-specific use cases, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.
• Technical Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on-site or remotely, often under tight deadlines, to ensure client success.
• Client Engagement : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their operational challenges, workflows, and objectives. Translate these needs into technical requirements for our software platform.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Augmented Strategists, backend engineers, and designers to relay client feedback and drive product improvements.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to optimize customer workflows, enhance platform performance, and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications :

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.

Compensation Range : $110,000 - $200,000

The posted salary range is based on our research for companies of our stage and size while in compliance with California law. This is a base salary compensation range and we encourage those who are interested to apply and have an initial discussion.
