Overview

At Abode, our Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs) are at the core of the care we provide. As an On-Call Hospice RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, while supporting both patients and their families during what can be a challenging time. This position involves handling routine and emergency visits after hours, helping to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible across our service area.

Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 5 : 00 pm - 8 : 00 am

USD $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 / Year
