Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Modeling and Valuations to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, tax equity, and debt structuring within the renewable energy sector.

This individual will play a critical role in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment decision-making processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development and maintenance of complex financial models for renewable energy projects, incorporating project finance structures, tax equity, debt financing, and other relevant financial instruments.
  • Conduct valuation analysis to assess the financial viability and potential returns of renewable energy investments, considering various scenarios, risks, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project development, finance, legal, and engineering to support project financing efforts and investment transactions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial modeling and valuation outputs to support key business decisions and optimize investment returns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments affecting renewable energy project finance and valuation methodologies.
  • Support investor relations activities by preparing presentations, financial reports, and other materials for external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project finance, tax equity, debt structuring, or related fields, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
  • Proven track record of developing sophisticated financial models and conducting valuation analysis for renewable energy investments.
  • Strong understanding of project finance principles, tax equity structures, and debt financing instruments commonly used in the renewable energy industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Python, MATLAB) and valuation techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
