A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for Customer Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to develop a people strategy that aligns with organizational objectives
Utilize data analytics to inform strategic people decisions and identify trends
Lead and evaluate people-related projects to ensure positive business outcomes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of HR experience in global Business Partner roles, preferably in tech environments
Experience in leading organizational change and transformation projects
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategies into people strategies
Expertise in HR processes and a continuous improvement mindset
Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior leaders
