As a Full-Time Human Resources Manager , you will be a strategic leader within our credit union. You'll be responsible for building and executing staffing plans, managing employee relations, overseeing benefits and compensation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising HR team members. In addition to administrative duties, your interpersonal skills are essential in ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience, both in person and across digital communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic staffing and succession planning initiatives.
- Conduct onboarding for all new team members.
- Provide coaching to executives and managers on employee relations and engagement practices.
