We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dental office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology and proficiency in relevant systems to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Duties

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for providers.
• Handle medical collections and process payments accurately.
• Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims as needed.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize Dentrix and other relevant systems for patient management.
• Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries or directing calls to appropriate staff members.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
