Job Title : Director of Technology

Job Location : Irving, TX

Work Schedule : 100% on-site, M-F

Pay Rate : Market Competitive base salary DOE + 10-15% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

Must have :

• 10+ yrs in technical leadership, with 3+ yrs as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Director
• Expertise in Azure architecture
• Hands-on experience with insurance platforms, like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Socotra, BriteCore, or custom solutions.
• Experience with Agile, Microservices, and API-first architecture
• Data engineering, analytics, and security
• Experience working in both the insurance and software (SaaS) industry
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or similar
