About the Role

Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking 1st Shift Driver / Warehouse Associates for a well-established distribution and production company in Lansing, MI. This is a hands-on warehouse role in a fast-paced construction products and equipment environment. The ideal candidate will have forklift and material handling experience, strong attention to detail, and a valid Chauffeurs License.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and saws in accordance with safety procedures
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies and safety regulations
