We are currently seeking a dynamic and certified Elementary Teacher to join our virtual teaching team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess strong technological skills, and hold an Iowa teaching license and certification.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction to elementary students.
- Create and implement lesson plans aligned with Iowa state standards.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to foster a positive and interactive online learning environment.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student success.
Requirements :
- Iowa teaching license and certification for elementary education.
- Proven experience teaching elementary students.
- Strong proficiency in technology and virtual teaching platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a tech screen to ensure proficiency in virtual teaching tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in virtual or online education.
- Familiarity with Iowa state education policies and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing technology and educational trends.
