Overview

Gather requirements, develop solutions and write user stories for improving the business process efficiency and projects. Administers and maintains the applications connected to Salesforce.com platform. This includes the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the platforms.

Responsibilities

Partners with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform business analysis, design solutions and configure systems that connect to Salesforce to align with the company’s strategies.

Develop processes, user stories and support development of Salesforce solutions to improve business processes

Serves as point of contact for Salesforce systems user support and problem solving.

Supports daily operations interfacing with key stakeholders as required to optimize system performance, including generation of reports and dashboards on Salesforce systems to satisfy business reporting requirements.

Participate in meetings with stakeholders including requirements sessions, system demos, user testing and training.

Builds and maintains documentation of key project artifacts, processes, and system functionality and tools.

Supports business teams in training and education needs on Salesforce systems product knowledge and adoption.

Investigates, analyzes, and resolves application issues related to system functionality, and maintains security of systems connected to Salesforce including sharing rules and security levels.

Reviews and validates test plan approaches as well as participate in system testing.

User Management : Adding / removing users; password resets, SSO login, other Salesforce user requests, managing permissions and profiles, sharing rules and access privilege maintenance

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science - Preferred

2 years of experience in Using Salesforce.com to support sales, service, and / or Finance preferably working in Lightning.

1 year of experience in Experience documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.

2 years of experience in Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements.

1 year of experience in Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution.

2 years of experience in Experience in documenting Salesforce processes and developing process maps.

2 years of experience in Experience working in Salesforce lightning setup using data import, app builder and lighting pages.

Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion.

Demonstrates analytical skills.

Salesforce.com Certified Administrator - Preferred

Salesforce Certified Advanced Admin - Preferred

Salesforce Platform App Builder - Preferred

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $55,200 - $86,800. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
