Farmington Hills, MI | Hybrid Schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) | $20 / hr | 6-Month Contract

Are you a banking professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a sharp eye for detail? Join the Payments Transformation Team as an Account Opening Specialist and help drive excellence in high-impact treasury services for high-value commercial clients.

What You’ll Do :

• Perform analysis of new and maintenance account requests, including mergers, acquisitions, escrows, trusts, and other specialty accounts, ensuring compliance with procedural, legal, and AML standards.
• Review complex entity documentation and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage multiple servicing requests such as signer / title changes, debit cards, cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and account closures.
• Prepare and process documentation through internal platforms such as TRiO, HOGAN, ECIS, and MS Word / Excel within established SLAs.
• Collaborate with banking centers and internal partners to ensure seamless processing.
• Scan and validate account documentation and CIP / BO materials into the bank’s legal repository on time and accurately.
