Responsibilities

• Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of life insurance principles and practices.
• Support the District team in prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest in pursuing a career in the insurance or financial services industry.
