Responsibilities
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of life insurance principles and practices.
- Support the District team in prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interest in pursuing a career in the insurance or financial services industry.
