UNC Rex Hospital is currently seeking a full time Board Certified OB / GYN Hospitalist. OB / GYN Hospitalists group handle the inpatient OB Emergencies and work collaboratively with local obstetricians.
Responsibilities include evaluation and emergency management of patients in the OB-ED and L&D, attending deliveries, assisting in the care of patients of community OBs, assisting in surgical procedures, inpatient gynecological consults and gynecologic emergencies.
No outpatient care requirements.
- NC State License preferred
- MD / DO Board Certified
- Prefer Experience
- Consults and counsels patients and families
- Adheres to the principles of medical ethics
