Sitework Estimator - Civil Construction - Charleston
Job Description
The Sitework Estimator - Civil Construction - Charleston will :
- Project Analysis : Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and constraints of the construction project.
- Quantity Takeoffs : Quantify the materials, labor, and equipment required for the project by performing quantity takeoffs.
This involves measuring and counting various components, such as concrete, steel, pipes, and other materials.
- Cost Estimation : Use historical data, industry knowledge, and software tools to estimate costs accurately. This includes calculating labor costs, material costs, equipment costs, and other associated expenses.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination :
