Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Scrum Master to lead and scale agile transformation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive change while maintaining hands-on expertise in agile methodologies and team facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Lead agile transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain agile governance frameworks and best practices
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams
• Drive change toward agile principles and practices
• Collaborate with leadership to align agile initiatives with business objectives

Salary range for the position is $185,000 - $210,000 per year. Specific compensation will be determined by several factors including experience, education, skills, and knowledge. We also offer medical / dental / vision benefits and 401k contribution.
