Commercial Moving Dispatch Coordinator

Salary : $50,000–$55,000

The Staff Pad has partnered with a commercial moving and logistics company to find a skilled Dispatch Coordinator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating people, schedules, and resources. The Dispatch Coordinator will serve as the key link between customers and field crews—ensuring every move runs efficiently and professionally from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate commercial moving crews for daily service calls

Monitor crew locations, arrival times, and project progress

Communicate job updates, requests, and changes to customers and field teams

Maintain accurate dispatch logs, schedules, and service documentation

Prepare and adjust work orders as needed to meet operational demands

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality

Support compliance with safety regulations, inventory tracking, and reporting

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or operations coordination preferred

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

Proven customer service and problem-solving skills

Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

Experience in moving, transportation, or field service industries is a plus

High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation

$50,000–$55,000 annually
