Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, sales and brand awareness to the community on behalf of our clients, products, and services. Customer service is key!

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Provide training and guidance to new sales representatives as they onboard.

Monitor marketing metrics and sales activities, track performance, and generate necessary daily reports.

Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness.

Communicate product knowledge and sales techniques to team members.

Participate in sales education, meetings, contributing insights and ideas for growth.

Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales management.

Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
