Customer Service Representative

Qualifications :

• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferably in an office setting)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience in scheduling or help desk support
• Familiarity with Excel and CRM systems

Work Environment :

• Casual and supportive office setting with a retail showroom
• Team of 10 in Customer Service, divided into Building, Retail, and Service divisions
• Business casual dress code
• Friendly management and collaborative team culture

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
