We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Healthcare construction, including occupied healthcare and ground-up healthcare projects.
Duties :
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labor resources effectively.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of project specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations for site safety and worker protection.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to management on project timelines and milestones.
- Implement effective strategies for problem-solving during the construction process.
