Project Manager

Lead and manage the plant's capital project portfolio, including feasibility studies and new product / process introductions. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and drive cost reduction initiatives. Collaborate with operations, engineering, finance, and corporate leadership to align project priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the plant's capital project portfolio (CapEx).
• Conduct feasibility studies and introduce new products and processes.
• Ensure OSHA VPP Star and PSM compliance, and lead safety projects and audits.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Serve as a cross-functional leader, bridging operations, engineering, finance, and corporate leadership to align project priorities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Blacksburg, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 / yr. PTO / Holiday, 401K, Relocation Package.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Blacksburg, SC.
