Position Overview

A full-time Manager of Radiation Therapy position is available in a progressive, patient-centered oncology care setting located in Indio, California. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced radiation therapy professional with strong clinical expertise and a passion for team development and operational excellence in a high-performing cancer treatment program.

Key Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day operations of the radiation therapy department, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient treatment delivery

Supervise and mentor a team of radiation therapists and support staff

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including radiation safety protocols

Collaborate with dosimetrists, physicists, and radiation oncologists to support individualized treatment plans

Optimize department workflows, scheduling, and staffing

Lead initiatives in quality improvement, staff education, and process development

Manage equipment QA and contribute to budget planning and strategic operations

Support recruitment, orientation, and ongoing performance evaluation of therapy staff
