Home Equity Mortgage Loan Closer

Key responsibilities include performing closing calls, scheduling signing appointments, and meeting monthly productivity goals. Serve as the primary point of contact during the closing process. Review loan approval details with applicants, including HELOC product, rate, term, loan amount, payoffs, vesting, etc. Achieve customer satisfaction by establishing rapport, setting expectations, and executing commitments. Meet production, quality, and service standards with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Hours are typically 8 am - 5 pm PST or 11 am EST - 8 pm EST depending on your location and business needs. This is a remote role; must be located within 90 minutes of a local Accenture office.

Basic qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of mortgage experience with customer contact and an NMLS license required. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
