Key Responsibilities

Manage the development and execution of multi-year sourcing strategies

Oversee supplier selection and performance management, ensuring alignment with procurement processes

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline and automate procurement processes

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of experience in related areas

7+ years of supply chain experience with industrial electrical, mechanical, or energy products

Ability to meet security screening requirements

Experience in Data Science / Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and / or Operations
