Concrete Foreman / Supervisor

General Responsibilities :

• Oversee concrete job site operations, including workforce management, safety, quality control, and coordination.
• Read and understand plan sets.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a crew of concrete laborers and finishers.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and enforce compliance.
• Plan and schedule job-specific tasks on a daily basis.
• Ensure proper placement and finishing of concrete, including knowledge of where to saw joints.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other construction professionals.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to train new employees and help them develop skills.
