Job Summary (Attorney Role Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation) :

• Manage a caseload of serious personal injury cases from intake through trial or resolution
• Conduct depositions, handle motion practice, attend court appearances, and prepare for trial
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the court
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm strategy and growth
• Require 5 10 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury litigation
• Must have admission to practice law in New York State
• Utilize strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Maintain a results-oriented, client-first approach
