Internship Opportunity In Corporate Hospitality
This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to support the Corporate Hospitality & Meeting Specialist and Sr. Corporate Hospitality Program Manager. The intern will assist in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences across Promega's guest houses and unique meeting / event spaces. In addition to day-to-day support tasks, the intern will apply their academic knowledge to evaluate and suggest improvements to existing processes in hospitality, guest engagement, and event logistics. This internship also provides an excellent opportunity to shadow hospitality professionals and contribute to a wide range of support activities across Corporate Hospitality, the CuE (Customer Experience) team, and Corporate Affairs. This role is ideal for students studying hospitality management, event planning, business operations, facility management, or related fields.
Core Duties :
Assist in preparing guest houses for incoming visitors, including restocking supplies, coordinating with Facilities and Security, and assembling welcome letters.
Criteria and decision-making processes for assigning guests to corporate housing.
Help schedule and prepare campus event spaces for internal and external meetings.
Offer suggestions on improving hospitality workflows, space readiness checklists, and guest feedback collection.
