Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney –| $200k–$315k| Wilmington, DE
An Am Law 200 firm with a national presence seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Wilmington, Delaware office. The firm maintains a sophisticated and diverse litigation practice, including complex commercial disputes, Chancery Court matters, and high-stakes business litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial and Chancery Court litigation matters.
Draft and argue motions, prepare discovery responses, and manage case strategy.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and pleadings.
Collaborate with partners and team members on large-scale and high-profile litigation cases.
Maintain direct communication with clients and participate in case planning and management.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, including exposure to Delaware Chancery Court practice.
Admission to the Delaware Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
